As Managing Director, Patricia is responsible for overseeing the real estate division and reporting directly to the General Partner. She currently manages 10 employees for the real estate division.

Patricia's responsibilities include: coordination with loan servicers, loan companies; maintenance of banking relationships, forming and maintaining (reserves); overseeing real estate tax appeals at properties; maintenance of accounting relationships; maintenance of legal counsel relationships; review and maintenance of insurance contracts for all properties; review of all new leases with legal counsel; review of all lease amendments for resigning tenants; participation in weekly property management calls; review of all annual budgets, line by line, including changes and cuts; overseeing all HR issues for real estate employees; hiring and firing of property management teams; hiring and firing of leasing teams; preparation of quarterly letter to investors; overseeing, approving and tracking all major capital expenditures; review and approval of all major contracts at properties, including, but not limited to, contracts related to snow removal, security and landscaping; coordination with accountants on the preparation of all tax returns for the partnerships, including the state tax level and determining the different tax rates per individual/true up; coordinating with property managers to plan tenant events, tenant holiday gifts etc.; identification and addressing of legal issues; oversee the maintenance of the real estate website; travel to properties to meet with teams; overseeing of annual audits; and preparation of Form 1099s. Patricia is also responsible for scouring all new deals for JMS Capital Group Real Estate.

Patricia is a graduate of La Roche College where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and French. She also holds a Masters in Science from Duquesne University. Presently, she is enrolled in the online Masters Program at the Franciscan University of Steubenville.

In the past, Patricia has volunteered on several local non-profit boards and currently enjoys her volunteer work at her children’s school, Assumption School, along with her charitable work through The Pittsburgh Foundation.
