John M. Schneider, CFP®

Owner and President
John is the owner of JMS Wealth Services, LLC, JMS Real Estate, LLC and JMS Development. He currently advises high net-worth clients about investments, tax planning, stock options, and estate planning issues. John is responsible for designing and implementing JMS Capital Group's investment strategies. John graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics. While attending the University, John enrolled in their "Economic Honors Program" and graduated with this distinction. He is also a graduate of the College of Financial Planning in Denver, Colorado and is a Certified Financial Planner.

Patricia M. Schneider, M. S. Ed

Managing Director
As Managing Director, Patricia is responsible for overseeing the real estate division and reporting directly to the General Partner. She currently manages 10 employees for the real estate division. Patricia's responsibilities include: coordination with loan servicers, loan companies; maintenance of banking relationships, forming and maintaining (reserves); overseeing real estate tax appeals at properties; maintenance of accounting relationships; maintenance of legal counsel relationships; review and maintenance of insurance contracts for all properties; review of all new leases with legal counsel; review of all lease amendments for resigning tenants; participation in weekly property management calls; review of all annual budgets, line by line, including changes and cuts.

Kimberly O'Connor

Senior Property Accountant
As Senior Property Accountant, she is responsible for overseeing the accounting for all JMS properties. This includes analysis of the cash flow for all properties and reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of the records being provided by outside managed JMS properties, as well as our internal property management team. She also maintains the general ledgers for all JMS managed properties.

Kim assists in the quarterly distributions and updates to investors. She also works with the JMS team and property managers on the annual budgets and quarterly forecasts of Net Operating Income projections, as well as mortgage lenders on management of the disbursement of funds from escrow accounts for capital and tenant improvements.

Tyler Minto

Property Management / Financial Analyst
Tyler graduated from Clarion University of Pennsylvania in December of 2013, obtaining degrees in Accounting and Real Estate. Before joining JMS Real Estate, Tyler gained invaluable work experience from smaller residential property management firms. He has diverse responsibilities at JMS that include lease analysis, payable processing, property management, local leasing, and various other analyses, and administration responsibilities. Tyler is a licensed real estate salesperson.

Tyler lives in Franklin Park and in his spare time, he is an active member of his church family and local Boy Scout troop. He also enjoys skiing, water sports and attending Pittsburgh sporting events.
